Chef Olivia believes a recipe is a story, not just a set of instructions. A Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplôme recipient and winner of the 2024 Outstanding Student Award, Olivia pairs rigorous classical training with a global perspective gained across Singapore, London, and Switzerland.
As a personal chef living with Celiac disease, Olivia founded Greens and Dreams to prove that dietary restrictions are simply an invitation for creativity. Today, she leads a specialised team in Toronto dedicated to bringing healthy, comfort food to your table meeting the needs of every family. With meticulous meal planning and culinary expertise, Olivia and her team transform fresh, seasonal ingredients into effortless, flavourful culinary experiences tailored entirely to your lifestyle.
