  • I provide a variety of personal chef services to meet your individual needs. This includes:

    • Custom Meal Planning: I create personalized meal plans based on your dietary preferences, allergies, and lifestyle.

    • Grocery Shopping & Preparation: I can take care of shopping for you and prepare delicious, healthy meals in your own kitchen.

    • Portion Control & Storage: Based on your preferences, meals are pre-portioned or stored family style for easy grab-and-go convenience.

  • I have extensive experience creating delicious meals for a wide range of dietary needs, including:

    • Gluten-free

    • Dairy-free

    • Vegan

    • Vegetarian

    • Specific allergies and intolerances

    Just let me know your requirements during our initial consultation.

  • Yes, I cook in your kitchen and utilize your pantry and fridge ingredients to craft your meals. I will also use your Tupperware and kitchen equipment.

  • No. I often cook for clients while they are at work and they come home to a clean kitchen and a stocked refrigerator.

  • I currently serve clients around the GTA. Please reach out to me to see if I can accommodate your location.

  • Due to the personalized nature of this service, I kindly ask for a minimum of one week's notice for any cancellations. As your timeslot is reserved on a weekly basis, this ensures I have sufficient time to adjust the schedule and potentially accommodate another client.

  • Absolutely! Your feedback is important to me! I encourage you to let me know what you like and dislike so I can continue to refine your meal plan.

  • Of course! I love collaborating with clients to create a menu that excites them. Feel free to share any recipe ideas or cuisines you'd like to explore.

Booking, Pricing & Scheduling

  • Simply contact me through my website or email address to schedule a free consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss your needs and preferences. We will choose a time slot and book your first personal chef session. My service is a weekly standing appointment, so you’ll have consistency each week.

    Mondays and Tuesdays are my highest demand day of the week and are often fully booked, so please be prepared to be flexible with other scheduling options if your first choice of day or time is unavailable.

  • The cost of the services is determined by several factors, including the types of meals you would like and the number of servings. I offer complimentary consultations to discuss your specific requirements and provide a detailed pricing breakdown.

  • Yes! We can discuss this in your introductory call and create a meal plan that will accommodate a cook date twice a week.

  • I’d recommend consuming the meal prep within 5-6 days. To extend its life, freeze items within the first 2 days to defrost and enjoy later. I can also create a freezer-friendly menu if you’d prefer.

  • Payment is due 24 hours prior to your cook date. I can accept bank transfer or credit cards. Please note there will be a processing fee for credit card payments.

  • It is recommended to book at least two weeks in advance. However, I will try my best to accommodate last-minute requests.
